The transport on roads is always a technical and logistical challenge.

Special transport

Hilgefort delivers its products reliably and safely - by land, by sea and, if necessary, even by air. In 2003 and 2007, Hilgefort manufactured two steam bundle dryers for a Japanese timber processing factory. These components were transported to Japan by air. An unusual, but impressive spectacle.

The nearby inland ports at Sedelsberg and Bohmte allow components that, because of their size, cannot be transported entirely by road to be transported to the international ports of Bremen and Bremerhaven. From there, the components can be safely and reliably shipped all over the world.
