Welcome to Hilgefort
Hilgefort is an expert manufacturing partner for plant-component and apparatus engineering based in Dinklage in Lower Saxony, Germany. From detailed engineering through to turnkey installation on site, Hilgefort offers its customers extensive expertise and a high level of flexibility. Hilgefort manufactures parts up to 7 m in diameter and up to 300 t unit weight. Transport to the nearby inland port allows even very large components to be delivered quickly and on-time.
The family-owned company has shown continued growth over the decades. Even though 1,200 t of steel was processed every year during the 1980s, the capacity was able to be increased to approximately 3,000 t of steel per annum in the 1990s. Today, the processing capacity is already on average 5,000 t.
So that we can offer our customers as much flexibility as possible, Hilgefort is able to process all grades of steel, stainless steel, copper and aluminium. We cover the entire spectrum from massive components for offshore wind power plants to complex calcinators and extremely high pressure vessels.
